Students exhibition „Lively Heritage – living in a World Heritage site“

Europe: Heritage Lived Hansestadt Stralsund

Students of the Hansa-Gymnasium in Stralsund present their works of art from their discovery jouney through their historic and today´s hometown. The exhibition can be visited from the 7th of June until the 9th of September 2018 in St. Jacobs Church.

The students discovered Stralsund in a new way. Besides the historical development of the city the youths dealed with the European context of Stralsund in the past, the present and the future. In different subjects the students got special insights in the work on the cultural heritage of Stralsund. Furthermore they discussed questions of the protection, die future development and the importance of cultural heritage.

The results of the project are creative posters, collages, models and works of art.
